Shipping / Handling fees are not refundable inbound and outbound!
Every effort has been made to avoid typing errors in our application lists and pricing lists. Stealth Work is not responsible for any pricing or application errors.
Condition of Sale: All sales are final and all products sold by Stealth Work (The Seller) are sold "as is" to the Buyer.
Returns: Authorization to return any and all products must be obtained by the Buyer from Stealth Work in advance and must be made within (5) days of receiving the product. All returned products to Stealth Work incur a 30% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for all Shipping / Handling fees on any and all returns to Stealth Work. Shipping / Handling fees are not refundable inbound and outbound. All products which are approved for return recieve store credit only. All products returned for credit must be in the original manufacturers carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered by Stealth Work to the Buyer. Only the original Buyer may request for a return of products. All warranty cards and other such items must be included with the product being returned. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only, and only after warranty has been cleared from original manufacturer will the Buyer receive the product back. After receipt of goods, Stealth Work shall inspect the goods to determine the exact quantity and condition of goods received. If Stealth Work does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, Buyer must accept incurred costs. Wheels and Tires which have been mounted or used are not returnable under any condition. Special Orders, Custom Made Orders, and all Electrical or Mechanical parts are not returnable.
Stealth Work shall not be responsible for any late or lost shipments. All shipping dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargebacks, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery.
Contingencies: Stealth Work shall not be liable for any failures to produce product to Buyer when the cause of such failure is the result of the forces of nature, labor disputes, supplies or materials shortage, acts of local, state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of Stealth Work business.
Warrant /Liability: Stealth Work sole warranty for any and all products sold is set forth in the warranty documentation associated with the product. Stealth Work gives no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Stealth Work will not be held liable for any damages which are incurred directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators or passengers of the vehicle.
Performance Products: Stealth Work does engage in selling after-market items and the Buyer does understand the ramifications for having these performance or after-market parts on a vehicle. Neither Stealth Work nor the manufacturer of product(s) will not be held responsible for any misconception or disappointments associated with any of these parts.
Buyer fully understands that all products are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, Stealth Work is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment or act of nature / God, Allah, Jehovah, Buddah, etc.
Final Note: Due to the fact that these are competition parts we all love and want to use, high stress is put on everyday driven factory vehicles and race vehicles. We hope you understand that we do not claim any competition part(s) to be street legal, smog legal, emission free, or worry free as some manufacturers claim their product to be. We wish all racers to conform to their local, state, and federal laws and all peace officers in the field.
